Website use and inquiry scope
Meadow Bridge Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms describe the scope of information and procurement requests on this website. Review them before sending a business inquiry. A product name or inquiry option is a starting point for discussion and is not an offer of stock, a binding sale quotation or a representation that a specific supplier has been approved.
Independent sourcing role
Meadow Bridge Sourcing is an independent procurement service. The site helps buyers organize requirements and seek relevant factory quotations. Manufacturing and any dealer authorization belong to the separately identified supplier and require their own evidence. Any proposed seller, service scope and responsibilities must be identified in the written commercial agreement.
Requirements and technical decisions
Provide accurate contact information and describe the product, dimensions, quantity, destination and desired timing. Mark uncertain values for review. General content does not replace irrigation design, installation instructions or a model-specific specification. The buyer and its appointed designer or installer must approve hydraulic suitability, connection compatibility and applicable site requirements before purchasing or installation.
Quotations and acceptance
Supplier price, currency, quantity basis, packing, sample charges, freight exclusions, inspection arrangements and lead-time assumptions require written confirmation. Requesting quotes does not create a purchase order. Any substitute should be identified separately with its changed specification. Payment, seller warranty, dispute process and acceptance criteria belong in the purchase contract with the responsible parties.
Optional buying preferences
Budget and supplier preferences help frame a comparison. A budget should identify currency and a per-unit or complete-order basis. Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly and undecided are buyer preferences, not supplier audit grades. Sourcing-support eligibility is subject to review of the product, quantity, destination and requirements; the website does not establish a confirmed price reduction for a particular order.
Responsible use of the request channel
Use the inquiry form for lawful business procurement. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, unrelated personal records or material you lack permission to share. Share drawings or sensitive documents only after the communication route and handling requirements have been agreed. Read the Privacy Policy for the inquiry information described here.
Questions and corrections
Use the procurement contact page to ask about these terms, report inaccurate information or clarify the proposed service before proceeding. Keep a copy of your requirement and verify that a submission has actually been received; a page change alone does not confirm receipt or acceptance.
